Ayrshire Business Women (ABW) are delighted to announce the winner of their Most Enterprising Business Award 2017 – White Rabbit Skincare.
This year’s very worthy winner is a luxury vegan skincare company, based in Ayrshire. Founder, Melanie Blane, is deeply passionate about natural products, the environment and animal welfare. Motivated by these values Melanie set up White Rabbit to provide consumers with a natural, vegan choice when it came to their skincare, in the hope of promoting a healthier, greener way of life. All products are made exclusively by hand in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Melanie said: “I am absolutely delighted and so proud to have been given this award. The ABW is an amazing network of talented, supportive women - many of whom are now my friends - and for them to nominate me for Most Enterprising Business means the world to me. I now plan to go on and grow White Rabbit Skincare even further, and make the ABW - and the rest of Ayrshire - really proud of me!”
The award was sponsored by Business Gateway Ayrshire and presented by Claire Duncan, Events and Marketing Officer. On extending congratulations on behalf of Business Gateway, Claire said: “We were delighted to be involved by sponsoring the award and showcasing that Ayrshire is a great place for women to do business. We also wish Melanie and the other ABW finalists the best of luck at the Association of Scottish Businesswomen event later this month”.
