Wendy Harris is the founder of Konpasu and its Chief Conversation Officer, bringing nearly four decades of experience in sales, marketing, business development and communication to one deceptively simple idea: businesses grow when conversations do.
Through Konpasu, Wendy works with businesses and teams to improve the conversations that sit behind commercial growth, from visibility and marketing through to sales, customer relationships and retention. Her approach combines modern marketing with old-fashioned conversation, helping people communicate with greater confidence, clarity and purpose without relying on scripts, pressure or templated nonsense.
Wendy is the author of Making Conversations Count and host of the podcast of the same name. She is also the creator of The Konpasu Way and The Konpasu Papers, which draw on the lessons she has gathered from millions of business conversations throughout her career.
Across Scotland, Wendy is perhaps most recognisable as the host of LinkedIn Local and Konpasu Community events in Ayrshire and Glasgow. What began in Ayrshire in 2023 has grown into a wider community designed to turn online connections into real conversations and give business relationships somewhere to develop beyond the networking room.
Her work is rooted in a belief that good business doesn’t need to feel transactional. Whether she’s working with a client, training a team or bringing a room full of people together, Wendy creates the conditions for people to understand one another better, have more useful conversations and spot the opportunities that can grow from them.
