With a background in high-performance sport, psychology and mental health and Wellbeing. I work on individuals Mental Fitness, help people take back control of their lives, feel confident in themselves and their future. I offer a range of 1-2-1 session, bespoke coaching packages for individuals and team and also run workshops, trainings and online programmes.My passion is working with middle age women and help them take back control, feel empowered and make the most of the second half of their lives.
