A Scents Of Scotland is a small family run business based in Ayrshire in Scotland. When my husband Stuart and I started out in April 2014, we knew which direction we were headed in. We wanted to offer a unique range of great quality and super value gifts and home fragrance products that were inspired by and made in Scotland.Initially running with a pop up/mobile shop visiting craft fairs, markets and call centres, our wee business quickly went from strength to strength - we launched our website in June 2015, and opened our first shop in Bellfield, Kilmarnock, in October 2015. We now deliver worldwide and our gift shop attracts visitors from far and wide.We offer a premium range of unique Scottish gifts and home fragrance products, where you can bring an essence of Scotland to your home. Our fantastic product offerings include handcrafted Celtic jewellery and accessories, luxury candles, fine soaps, fairtrade handbags and more.


I am also the Regional Chief People Officer for Teleperformance. Teleperformance is a global company, employing over 500,000 people worldwide and provides digitally integrated services including customer service operations, technical customer support, social media interactions, sales, technical solutions, and much more, to thousands of well known brands around the globe. In my Teleperformance role, I am responsible for the strategic people agenda, covering elements of HR, Recruitment, Training and areas spanning the whole employee experience. My role impacts operations across the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria, and around 15,000 employees.
