Helping women feel fabulous through good nutrition, motivation + exercise. I have spent the last 22 years offering fun fitness classes in the community for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. I offer both online and face2face classes which include Fitness Pilates, Pure Stretch, Aerobics, Mashup, Body Conditioning, Kettleblast, HiiT, Circuits, Nordic Walking plus much more. I recently qualified as a Holistic Coach and work with midlife women on 121 coaching calls as well as small group nutrition/fitness. I absolutely love my job, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing women's confidence soar as they get fitter, stronger, healthier and happier within themselves.
