Helping women feel fabulous through good nutrition, motivation + exercise. I have spent the last 19 years offering fun fitness classes in the community for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Since lockdown we have had the pleasure of taking all our classes online and each week I teach around 14 workouts, including Fitness Pilates, Pure Stretch, Aerobics, Mashup, Body Conditioning, Kettleblast, HiiT, Circuits plus much more. I absolutely love my job, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing women's confidence soar as they get fitter, stronger, healthier and happier within themselves.
