Employee relations - advising on staff-related matters and associated employment law aspects including, but not limited to, flexible working requests, absence/performance management, disciplinary issues, contractual matters/Staff Handbooks & Terms and Conditions of Employment.

Personal/management development - support may be via group training sessions for staff, managers or directors or provided on a 1-1 basis.  Sample topic areas include:ensuring managers are properly trained in interviewing skills; handling poor performance and constructive feedback; bullying and harassment; equality and diversity.  Personal development topics include items such as presentation skills, communication skills, teamworking, time and stress management.
