I own and operate The Little Margarita Truck, a Mexican themed mobile bar company specialising in frozen margaritas. 


We’re based in Stewarton and have 3 trailer bars and a smaller indoor Cart that help us service everything from small corporate events and house parties to bespoke weddings to race courses and beer festivals then larger events like TRNSMT, Edinburgh Summer Sessions and Bellahouston Summer Sessions. 


We’ve been operating for 6 years and the business was initially an off shoot of our Mexican restaurant Bibi’s which operated in Partick for 18 years until March of this year when we decided to market the lease and concentrate solely on the Margarita Truck business which is growing year on year. 


I will be expanding the business further next year with the introduction of a rum focused bar.
