Our guest speaker will be Lisa Dolan
Lisa is a member of the Purpose Coalition Advisory Council, participating in a broader working group of professionals that advise on government changes impacting businesses. She has received numerous accolades, including the Business Awards, HR Awards, and Employee Engagement Innovator of the Year 2024. Recognized as one of the HR Most Influential Top Practitioners in 2023, she was also listed on the Purpose Powerlist in 2024.
Currently, Lisa serves as the Regional Vice President of Employee Experience for the UKISSA region (UK, Ireland, and Sub-Saharan Africa) at Teleperformance UK & SA. She leads the Employee Experience team, which is dedicated to enhancing colleague experiences, onboarding processes, wellbeing initiatives, and engagement programs daily. Under her leadership, the UK team has consistently achieved Great Place to Work status for the past five years. The Employee Experience team has also been recognized at the Employee Experience Awards for Best Employee Recognition Scheme and Health & Wellbeing Programme. In 2024, Lisa led the team to win the Employee Engagement of the Year award at the Personnel Today Awards.
Lisa has significantly transformed employees' perceptions of working at Teleperformance by redesigning the monthly recognition program, developing a comprehensive wellbeing and mental health program, and creating various engagement initiatives that create an engaging culture and a true sense of belonging.
With over 20 years of experience in the BPO industry, Lisa began her career as a customer service agent on a utilities account and has since held various roles, including client services, quality assurance, project management, product management, and operations support across multiple organizations.
Outside of her professional commitments, Lisa is a dedicated mother to three children (Emily 17, Oliver 13, and Poppy 8), and has been married to Martin for eight years. She also cares for two black cats, Itsy & Bitsy, and a lovable labrador, Luna. Despite her busy family life, she volunteers for the RSPCA, contributing to branch marketing and social media efforts in her spare time.
