Annual General Meeting 2024

Ayrshire Business Women are delighted to invite members to our 30th Annual General Meeting.

Our Annual General Meeting will be held:

Thursday 22nd February 2024

6pm - 7.30pm

Kilmarnock

KA1 1UR

During our AGM, we will:

• Confirm the minutes from the 29th Annual General Meeting held on 23rd February 2023
• Present the Annual Reports and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2023
• Retire the 2023/24 Committee, and appoint the new 2024/25 Committee
• Confirm the new Charity of the Year as selected by our members
• Award the "Spirit of ABW" Award - for the member who has gone above and beyond to embody the true values of Ayrshire Businesswomen over the last year.

We will also have a Special Guest Speaker on the night - more details to follow soon.

Light refreshments will be provided (tea, coffee or a soft drink).
