Designed especially for businesswomen, this session includes calming breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system, gentle joint release movement to ease physical tension, a grounding meditation to quiet the mind, and a deeply relaxing sound healing experience to bring you back into balance. Leave feeling grounded, nourished & re-energised.
Facilitated by ‘Devi Yoga & Healing’, this session will be limited in numbers and is open to all experience levels. Devi is dedicated to creating a safe & supportive environment for individuals & strives to make her classes accessible to all, inspiring a sense of empowerment & self-discovery through the practice of mindful movement and the healing power of sound.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Herbal tea & nutritious snacks will be served when the session concludes at 3.30pm
