Ayrshire Business Women was founded in 1994 by 3 forward looking women who wanted to establish a business network to support women in business and professions, at a time when gender bias was still prohibitive to success. 30 years later, the organisation is still going strong continues to be run by a committee of dedicated volunteers. As professional women, we actively endorse the development of women in business and exchange ideas, opinions, experiences and opportunities between our members.

Our vision is to be the leading business organisation for our members, recognised for our commitment to fostering integrity, professionalism, and trust. We aspire to create a vibrant association where our members are empowered by knowledge, connections, and opportunities. We are dedicated to excellence, inclusivity, and advocacy.
