CPSA (Counselling Psychotherapy and Supervision in Ayrshire) was founded in 2011. Members are: Monica Cooper, Olga Lynn, Evelyn O'Brien and Elizabeth Urie who are all Registered Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. They offer a quality assured service from their individual practices across Ayrshire and Glasgow.
They decided to establish their network of services from Ayr, Largs, Hurlford, Kilwinning and Glasgow, to offer potential clients whatever they required and at very short notice. They are a local responsive service reducing the need to wait for many weeks on a waiting list! They felt this was an important aspect of quality in their service. If you are struggling in your life with issues that you are ready to address within a confidential talking therapy, their varied experience will support you in that endeavour locally and with minimal delay.
Offering a range of services, including short and long term counselling/psychotherapy and supervision of professional practitioners, including health care workers' front line and senior staff. They provide specific training in communication/customer care and listening skills. They have experience in working with many issues including work related stress, anxiety, depression and lots more.
Providing a choice of therapeutic modalities and a wealth of experience gained from working in a variety of settings, including the NHS, voluntary agencies, employee assistance programmes and private practice - they offer companies an effective and responsive closer working relationship, providing swift access to counselling.
