Business Networking on Burns Night

Business Networking on Burns Night

Last night we enjoyed a jam-packed business networking evening with a few touches of Robert Burns thrown in, including background music by Eddi Reader, tartan, red heart chocolates and a toast with a twist!

Julie Batchelor of Brilliant Travel sponsored the event and Walter Gregg of Ology Coaching was our guest speaker, offering top tips on:

  • managing your work/life balance
  • time management & efficient working
  • being focussed when working on your own

We introduced a new slot, with our "Meet a Member" which went swimmingly well, with committee member Tina Campbell interviewing both Mhari-Clare Green of Flutterby Photography and Lucy Bradshaw of Skocia.

The evening closed with our last raffle draw in aid of Combat Stress.
