Situated on Irvine's harbourside, we visit the Harbour Arts Centre for the first time with our June event. Just around the corner, the Courtyard Studios will have their doors open prior to our event commencing, if you fancy a pop around to browse their hand-crafted delights, including our own member Sheila Kerr with her bespoke jewellery collections. Networking and buffet refreshments will be available in the gallery of the Harbour Arts Centre, before we take our seats in the theatre for our two guests presenting on Customer Loyalty and Staff Motivation.
Lyndsey Phillips’ career over the last 30 years has included roles such as: food and dairy technologist; running her own guest house and restaurant; national accounts manager with Lucozade and Ribena; and an Award Winning Deli Owner. Being an enthusiastic advocate for the power of belief and for people working in a positive team environment, in 2010, Lyndsey created her business Stimuli
, offering bespoke customer service training courses and delivering them to companies across the UK. Lyndsey’s presentation will focus on what is customer loyalty, defining the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) and how to reward loyal customers.
With over 28 years experience in the travel industry, Linda Hill runs her own independent travel agency, LAH Travel, which she established in 2004. As a team of 5, Linda has first hand experience of staff management and motivation. In addition, Linda is the area manager for Arbonne International, running a network of independent consultants. Linda will share her top tops on the importance of motivating your workforce, measuring employee performance and methods of staff motivation.
